Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing A2Z Adspace. We provide digital software services, cloud-based solutions, technical support, maintenance, and related online services. Before purchasing any paid plan or service, customers are requested to carefully review the features, pricing, and service details.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to A2Z Adspace are non-refundable.

Since our services involve the following, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks after payment has been successfully processed:

  • Digital software access
  • Cloud services
  • Server allocation
  • Technical setup
  • Maintenance services
  • Development and support costs

Service Activation

Once any of the following occurs, the payment shall be considered final and non-refundable:

  • An account is activated
  • A subscription is started
  • A custom setup is completed
  • Any service is delivered

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Incorrect amount charged due to system malfunction
  • Payment made but service not activated within a reasonable time due to our fault

Any approved refund, if applicable, will be processed solely at the discretion of A2Z Adspace.

If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3–5 working days.

Subscription & Renewal

Customers are responsible for managing and renewing their subscriptions before the due date.

Failure to use the software or services after payment shall not make the customer eligible for any refund.

Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Customers are requested to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal recovery actions where applicable
